The information on this site
The content on this website describes the work we carry out and is written to be accurate at the time of publishing. It is general information, not professional advice for a specific site. Ground conditions, levels, drainage and structural requirements differ from plot to plot, so nothing here should be relied on in place of a site visit, a survey, or the drawings and specification prepared by your own architect or engineer.
Quotes and enquiries
Nothing on this website is an offer or a fixed price. Site visits and written quotes are free, and a quote becomes binding only when it has been issued in writing and accepted. Where work is described here it is described as a capability, not as a promise of availability or a programme date.
Insurance
Cornwall Civils & Construction Ltd holds £5 million of public liability cover, and that cover includes groundworks and demolition up to 15 metres. A copy of the certificate is available on request before work starts.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. The photographs of completed work are of jobs we carried out.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
